Welfare Statistics of Kerinci Regency 2024

Publication of Public Welfare Statistics of Kerinci Regency 2024 contains data on the results of the March 2024 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) in Kerinci Regency. The data includes population, education, health, fertility and Family Planning (KB), housing, household consumption/expenditure, and others. The data presented in the publication are generally in the form of percentage figures of a population in Kerinci Regency. A number of data are also differentiated according to individual or household characteristics, namely by gender, highest education, highest education of the head of household (KRT), and expenditure groups. The publication is divided into eight chapters consisting of explanations and tables. The introduction as chapter 1 provides an explanation of the general description, survey methods, data processing, and data presentation. Meanwhile, the tables in chapters 2–7 contain data on the results of the March 2024 Susenas in Kerinci Regency. Chapter 8 contains a review of the topic regarding the latest developments in society in Kerinci Regency. This publication reviews a special topic in the form of health conditions in Kerinci Regency. In short, the health level conditions in Kerinci Regency based on several indicators are fairly good and more developed compared to other regencies/cities in Jambi Province and compared to several years ago. However, there are still problems that require attention that the health level conditions based on smoking behavior indicators are fairly poor and do not show significant development. In the publication appendix, the estimated sampling error figures are presented which show the magnitude of the error caused by the use of sampling techniques in a survey. The magnitude of the sampling error is related to the precision of an estimated figure. This is stated through the Relative Standard Error (RSE) value. The estimated value is considered accurate if the RSE is 25%. Thus, this publication can be considered sufficiently representative of various fields and socio-economic conditions of the community by considering the eligibility requirements for estimates through the RSE value. In addition, the VSEN24.K and VSEN24KP questionnaires used in the March 2024 Susenas are also attached as data collection instruments.
