Welfare Statistics of Kerinci Regency 2023

Welfare Statistics of Kerinci Regency 2023contains data from the March 2023 National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) in the Kerinci Regency. These data include population, education, health, fertility and family planning (KB), housing, household consumption/expenditures, etc. The data presented are generally in the form of percentage figures for a population in the Kerinci Regency. A number of data are also differentiated according to individual or household characteristics, namely by gender, highest education, highest education of the head of the household, and expenditure group.The publication divided into eight chapters consisting of explanations and tables. The introductory part as chapter 1 provides an explanation of the general description, survey methods, data processing, and data presentation. Meanwhile, the tables in chapters 2-7 contain data from the March 2023 Susenas results. Chapter 8 contains a review of topics regarding the latest developments in society in Kerinci Regency. This publication reviews a special topic in the form of health conditions in Kerinci Regency. In short, the health level in Kerinci Regency based on several indicators is considered good and more developed compared to other districts/cities in Jambi Province and compared to several years ago. However, there is still a problem that requires attention: the health level condition based on smoking behavior indicators is not good and does not show significant progress.
In the publication appendix, estimated sampling error figures are presented which show the magnitude of the error resulting from the use of sampling techniques in a survey. The magnitude of the sampling error is related to the precision of an estimated number. This is expressed through the Relative Standard Error (RSE) value. The estimated value is considered accurate if RSE ≤ 25%. In this way, this publication can be considered to adequately represent various fields and socio-economic conditions of society by considering the feasibility requirements for estimation through the RSE value. Apart from that, also attached are the VSEN23.K and VSEN23KP questionnaires used in the March 2023 Susenas as data collection instruments.
