Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in December 2020 was 40.74 percent, or lower than the ROR for the previous month which was 40.93 percent.
The number of guests staying at star hotels in December 2020 was 27,926 people, while in November 2020 there were 23,805 people, an increase of 17.31 percent.
The ratio of foreign guests to domestic guests in December 2020 is 0.002. This means that out of 1000 guests staying at the hotel there are 2 guests who come from abroad.
The average length of stay (foreign and domestic guests) at a star hotel in December 2020 is 1.34 days.
